Amazing Arthropods Zoo Class...

We love going to homeschool zoo classes!  This time the kids learned about and got to touch a tarantula, a lobster, and giant hissing cockroaches!

L was very brave and pet the lobster!

Everyone made a paper plate lobster project to take home.

Ballet..

J was so happy to start her career in Ballet! ;)  She told me that she has been practicing for this her whole life!
We wondered if she may be a little nervous for her first dance recital on stage...

Sunflower Project

We decided to join the Great Sunflower Project this summer. It's a research project being done by some professors at San Francisco State University to study honey bees.

Planting seeds...

Add a little sunshine.... :)

After the Sunflowers bloom, we will watch for bees and then log on to the website to report bees that visit our sunflowers.
